Hey all!  Happy New Year!  I just wanted to share a post about a good friend of mine, Anderson.  I knew him first as a friend when he fist came to Rio and hung out with us at our samba school, (Vila Isabel).  He started working in the saunas and I always wondered how he did.  His competition is always much more muscled and slick, so I always hoped he did well.  

He is not really my "type" at all, but after a couple years of hanging out, my BF had a foursome with him and his friend.  He is always hot, cuddles, and sweet, but I worry about him turning bad one year, (street life in Rio will do that).  If you havn't tried him, please pick him some time, (even if he is not your type).  When I first knew him, we used to call him Bart, because he looked so much loke Bart Simpson, (if Bart was well hung)!  I never think we are going to wind up together, but it usually happens, and I'm never disapointed!

I was always interested in visiting a samba school rehearsal.  Can you tell me a bit about what it's like.  Any suggestions?

You're right that Andy is not the most gorgeous guy I've met in Brazil either, regardless of your type, but there's something about his personality that attracts him to me, and as Gingado would say it's a very big personality

But seriously, he is very sweet and he's accompanied me to the airport for a good-bye kiss during my last two visits.  Many would bow-out in search of the next Real.

He did disappoint me though this last trip, and you're right that some, but all not all, get caught up in the Rio urban fast lane of drugs and easy money.  I guess it's an easy temptation if you come from the lower class as he described.

We had a serious discussion during my last trip about his goals in life, and he told me that eventually he would like to settle down with a wife and kids.  Not in my tea leaves

I do respect the guy's honesty though... he's great to cuddle with through the night, I would trust him implicitly, and he's a lot of fun to be around.

So many men and so little time in Brazil! LOL

Well, we have been here six weeks now and no sign of Anderson, (just a couple short emails).  Yesterday he called because he had time off from his real job!  We met at the beach, and then he took my partner  and I back to the apartment for the wildest hottest sex!  He came TWICE, and really was enjoying it all.  He realised we have known each other for five years now, and wanted to celebrate.  He is as sweet as ever.  He has a day job, (office boy) and does still work with some clients.  He also sometimes goes to work at Gallery sauna, (I think that is the name).  He did gain weight and it looks cute on him!  We were so glad to see him and have such a hot time!  I got some photos, but have to figure out how to get them on here, (this laptop is not letting me email photos for some reason).  I can drag them into an email, but they would be pretty large...(like Anderson's dick)!!

We have an FTP account that you can drag and drop largefiles into.  TomCal used it to transfer a couple of videos.

Please buy him a pair of Oakley sunglasses he's been bugging me for LOL

Another Anderson sex machine attack!!

So, after he wore my partner and I completely out and drained us, we were "MAYBE" going to see him again in a few days.  That same night all the power on Farme and most of Ipanema went out on the hottest day of the summer.  It was a pretty rough sleepless night.  The Ipanema Plaza was even completely dark!  

The next day we were really tired and just wanted to rest.  Cell phone rings and it's Anderson who just called because he had some time off of work.  He promised, "don't worry, no sex, just friends on the beach". 

Well we did hang out on the beach, and then SOMEHOW we were all back at our apartment naked!  He is a sexual animal!  I am really always amazed because he isn't at all my (thug) type...the next day, I woke up and felt like I went horseback riding!  I am drained.  What a great way to end a perfect vacation, (minus the blackout)!

NYradiodude, I can't wait for your return to the States and your vivid, in-depth account of your six plus weeks in Rio de janeiro. Remember to include a vignette titled" "The Night That All Lights Were Out!" When I read this, many scenarios came into "thee" head and mind!

You definitely got me very homesick for Brazil, chatting about Anderson.  He is a true Brazilian jewel, isn't he!

Years ago, I was sitting in Point 202 when the power went out.  I sort of freaked out at the time, but the Brazilians I were with seemed to consider it a common fact of life and it came back on in about a minute.  Always imagined how I would take advantage of the sauna darkness next time LOL

At US$ 200+ per night for a stay at Ipanema Plaza, with no electricity, I bet they had some pretty uphappy campers!

I am now back in (Brrrrrrrrrrrrrr) upstate NY.  I will upload some picts of Anderson and the nude beach today.  Right after I parade this tanline around town!!  There was no rain the whole time I was there, and when the plane was leaving, it was raining.  I said, "Rio, she is crying because we are going".  Only 10 months until I return!!

That rain was thirty minutes max of drizzle, the other night.  You have obviously never experienced a frente frio,/cold front sweeping from the west/ northwest.  God forbid you ever have live through one of Rio's tempestades.  A tempest, like Shakespeare. There was one that flooded a shopping center's parking lot  in one of Rio's northern bairros/neighborhoods.  If I remember correctly, about eight people died due to the flash-flooding. I have seen the results of trees ripped out of the ground and rain literally blowing horizontally. 

But today at Farme, it was delightful. The next umbrella over at Barraca de Lucas had a group of French guys who finished off their last day in Rio de Janiero with a bottle of Piper-Heidseck/ Now that was a classy touch. A shame about their plastic cups as opposed to the Baccarat flutes, dontcha know? Interesting, I remember two of them from last year. Hard to forget this couple. He, tall, blond, smooth, an incredible body, sporting a firm woody in his blue sunga that matches my blue one and his chunky, furry, mustachoed lover wearing a "MADE IN BRASIL" sunga. The type of couple you cannot forget.

I splurged and had both a beef and a chicken with catupirry pastel with her homemade hot sauce/molho piquante for lunch from Baiana.  Very nice.  Mango Sundowner to end a delightful afternoon.  I saw more hot guys in AussieBum and Andrew Christian sungas sporting very revealing packages.  And it was fun being cruised after on the bus from a guy on the next bus over. 

NYRD, it's evident you're out of town since Anderson sent me this today.

He will laugh if you mention "Tim & Kurt" and that we call him Bart Simpson!  I STILL feel like I went horse back riding!!  Such a funny boy and not like any other in that city!

Well ,of course I'll mention you and especially when he occasionally brings up the subject of a laptop!  LOL

As you said, Andy is certainly not the best looking Brazilian we've met... but his character certainly is refreshing in a pool of sauna sharks looking for the next walking ATM machine.  There have been a few others that have struck me the same, but unfortunately very few.  And, it wouldn't surprise me that he would offer to hang out without the money issue involved.

To me, he is very similar to our favorite Anderson and my Cezar from days past from their true and uncorrupted hearts.

Of course, he would like the Oakley sunglasses, the laptop, and a few Reals to make ends meet.  and I actually did bring him a digital camera during the last trip which is very unusual in my book. 

There is something about the guy that makes me feel like I'm with the "Brazilian guy next door", and we've had some great conversations where I have learned a great deal about his status in life and that of a typical Brazilian.  The boy literally has no agenda which endures him to me, along with his honesty after feeling cheated by the ones that order Johnny Walker Red and Red Bull behind my back.  He is a true Brazilian friend that I could actually trust with all of my credit cards lying on the table.

But, I have no expectations that he is anything other than a dear friend.  I know that he needs cash to pay the bills, and he knows that I'm on vacation in Brazil in search of that unrealizable fantasy.  But, I will admit there were a few heartstrings pulled when he referenced me as his namorado, not a term lightly used in Brazil.

The guy is constantly horny though!  LOL

NYRD, I could only post a couple of pics you copied since we have a policy of only posting Brazilians, but I appreciate your candor.  We're working on user uploading of any pics, but there are some legal issues we have to overcome.

Anderson is on there too!

Spent a great last evening in Rio with Andy last night.  We sat in the jacuzzi and chatted about his girlfriend, his new job working for a porn company packaging DVDs for salario minimo (the minimum salary of around R$450 per month around US$ 225), how he was working on being a reputable citizen with a bank account now in his own name.  Voting is required in Brazil, and if you don't vote you lose certain rights that sounded difficult to earn back, but he was working on it.  He looked healthier and I told him I was proud of him.

I asked to see a photo of his girlfriend.  He said she was beautiful but was never satisfied with any photos of her, so he didn't have any.

I showed him this thread and he was a little surprised, but said to say hi to NYRadioDude.  He still says I'm very special to him and said he was a little jealous when I was seen with Welington on the first night I arrived.  I said I was a little jealous when I heard about him and NYRadioDude

He still has the camera I bought him from the last trip and that's a major accomplishment from my experiences with the guys.  I told him the economy was bad in the U.S., and so, no presents this trip.  He's still the sweet guy I remember and said he understood and it was more important just to see me.

He'll never be the equivalent of Big Daddy's bebito, and I'm not sure I want him to be.  We agreed that having a special and true friend is in most cases better than a lover.  After being surrounded by some gorgeous guys...  Big Daddy said I looked like Ali Babba with his harem it was nice spending a quiet evening alone with Andy.

We had great sex, carressed through the night, and he went with me to the airport this morning.  It seems like it wouldn't be a great trip to Brazil without a special goodbye from a great friend.

How awesome!  He is someone truly special and a sex machine!  Looking at him, he is not at all what you would expect.  He deserves people like us on his side, (or under him) hoping for his best success!  I think about him all the time back here working in NY.  I'm so happy other people share the same love for such a special kid!  He has really come a long way, and in that savage city, still remains sweet and trustworthy.  It's so true that we would feel the same way about him if he "had a 2 inch dick", (but prefer the salami weapon he packs)!!  So glad you got to see him at the end of your trip.  He makes a visit to Rio, feel really special!

I will give Andy credit though that he never invents stories of a need that doesn't seem unreasonable.  And, I know life is tough for these boyz.  Brazil, and Rio especially, does not have an abundance of opportunities that one would assume from their improving economy.  It's still very much of a society of the "haves" and "have nots".

Personally, I would never buy Andy a pair of Oakley sunglasses when he needs help in so many other less frivolous ways.

In his last e-mail, he sounded like he wanted to put a guilt trip on me that I would never help him.

I care for the guy, not for the great sex, but who I know deep inside... and I expect him to care for me, not for what the shrinking US Dollar can buy for him, but for the Bom Americano with a good heart as he described me.

He is a sweetie though, and a rare Brazilian with a good heart that is hard to find.

He's passed the three trip rule, so I'll try to do something for him to improve his plight in life while I'm there.  As I've always said, as long as the money is going to improving their life, it's a wonderful thing.  But personally,  I can't think of how a pair of Oakley sunglasses is accomplishing that.

Can't wait to be back in Brazil!
